I've made this a part of my nightly ritual (when I'm not on call)

Lovely taste indeed, I've made this tea a part of my nightly ritual when I'm not on call (I'm a nurse). It is calming. I make a cup of tea and the I put the teabag in 500mls of water for a refreshing drink for the next day (it goes well with lemon and ginger infused)

    Soothing

I love the taste of this herbal infusion, it is just the Valerian smell when I first open my tea caddy... nothing that can be done and shows that there are proven effective herbs in the mix. It really does help lull you to sleep... if you are suffering from menopause symptoms I would recommend to try this before going on to medication.
