The HydroProtein Elixir in Blackcurrant & Pomegranate Flavour
1 jar is a 15 day supply when used daily.
Directions: Mix 1 metric tablespoon (18g) with 300 mL of cold water, once daily.
The HydroProtein Elixir can be taken at any time of day whenever best suits your daily routine. We do however recommend not taking it at nighttime due to the inclusion of B vitamins.

The Super Elixir has been life changing - I no longer experience daily brain fog and exhaustion, I now wake up feeling well rested, and even have the energy to rejoin the gym.
