The Skin Elixir:

DIRECTIONS FOR ADULTS:

Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. In very rare cases, Curcuma species and Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food. WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Even though we include an inner leaf Aloe vera extract, we cannot guarantee the absence of anthraquinones in the capsules, which should not be consumed during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

The Collagen Elixir:

Mix 2 level metric teaspoons (4 g) with 200 mL of water or in a drink of your choice. Always use a dry spoon and consume within 60 days of opening.
