Is it a breakfast or a dessert?! Ummm I’m not sure but I’ll be eating this any time of the day!! It’s packed with protein and super delicious

MAKE WELLE:⁠
Base⁠
1.5 cups gluten free oats⁠
2 tbsp chia seeds⁠
1 scoop WelleCo Nourishing Protein ⁠in Chocolate⁠
1 shot coffee⁠
1 and 3/4 cups almond milk⁠
2 tbsp maple syrup⁠
pinch of salt⁠

Tofu Vanilla Cream:⁠
300g silken tofu⁠
1 tsp vanilla bean extract⁠
1 Tbsp maple syrup⁠
cacao powder for dusting⁠

Method:⁠
1. Add all oat ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to container and place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.⁠
2. Blend the ingredients for the tofu cream until completely smooth, then add as top layer.⁠
3. Dust with cacao powder and place back in the fridge until ready to enjoy!⁠
