How do I access my account if my Membership email address is not being recognized?

This issue usually arises when an account hasn’t been activated yet. When signing up for Membership, an account activation email should have been sent right away. Once locating that email, you should be able to activate your account immediately. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team if this issue continues to persist.

How do I access my benefits once I've signed up?

Sign up or log in through the account page using the same email address at checkout.

Once you’ve signed in, your perks will automatically apply in your cart.

Do I need to have an account to access membership?

Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one), which will grant you access to all your Member perks.

Can I buy multiple memberships?

Unfortunately not!

How can I cancel my membership?

Simply log into your account and click manage membership. In your membership account, you will find a link to cancel your subscription. If you're having any issues, please reach out to customerservice@welleco.com for support. We can help ensure that your Membership does not automatically renew after your first year ends. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.

Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes. Members pay $79 once a year to access all membership benefits. If you do not cancel upon the end of the first year, the cycle will automatically renew and you will be charged again. 

How do I access my free shipping benefit?

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

How do I redeem my free gift on sign up?

Once you add your Welle+ Membership to your cart to purchase, your free gift will be automatically added to your cart to redeem alongside your membership. Your free gift will then get shipped to you.

How do I access my free mini sachets every month with my subscription order?

These will be automatically included in your subscription order every month. So no action is needed on your end.

How do I access my free gift on my 4th, 8th and 12th subscription order?

Your free gifts will be automatically added to your subscription order and will arrive with your delivery. So no action is needed from you - leave it to us!

How do I access my credits to redeem on free products?

Make sure you are logged into your account and you can apply these credits to any one-time products in your cart. If you want to apply your credits on your next subscription order, you will get a reminder email that you subscription is upcoming a few days before it's due to ship, just make sure you apply these credits to your subscription order before it ships.
