Crunchy, smooth and filling - this cashew butter is filled with protein and added nutrients to keep you fuller for longer. Not just tasty, this spread includes your daily dose of greens too - which we love!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups roasted cashew nuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 scoops WelleCo Nourishing Protein Vanilla
1 tablespoon WelleCo The Super Elixir™ Unflavoured
2 tablespoons maple syrup
METHOD
Add the cashews to a food processor or high speed blender and blend on a low setting for 10 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
Continue to blend on medium to high for 5 minutes or until as smooth and creamy as your blender will take the cashew nuts (as every blender is different).
Transfer the cashew butter to a jar or airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
