Against the untouched beauty of Malolo Island, clinical naturopath and Pilates instructor Bianca Wise brought together an intimate group of women for four days devoted to movement, nourishment, and restoration.
Hosted at Six Senses Fiji, each day was thoughtfully designed around the practices Bianca uses to support her own wellbeing, from sunrise hikes and Pilates on a secluded sandbank to sound healing and nourishing local produce and unhurried moments of rest.

As a long-time part of Bianca’s daily routine, WelleCo naturally became part of the retreat experience. The Reset Trio, The Super Elixir™, HydroProtein Elixir and The Evening Elixir were set up in the residence kitchen for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
The kitchen because a central gathering place, allowing guests to comfortably help themselves and incorporate the products into their day in a way that felt intuitive and personal. WelleCo’s HydroProtein was also served to all guests following the morning hike and Pilates session, providing a refreshing boost of hydration, electrolytes, and protein after movement, while the Evening Elixir offered guests a considered way to wind down after the day’s activities.

Each guest was also provided the individual HydroProtein travel sachets in their room, ready to take with them and enjoy after their wellness screening, spa or hydrotherapy session, or throughout the retreat’s boat days whenever they needed an extra little WelleCo love.
The integration complemented a retreat grounded in balance rather than restriction, moving with intention, eating well, spending time in natural and creating space to reconnect with the body.

From sunset Pilates surrounded by the ocean to quiet evenings overlooking the water, the retreat was a reminder that meaningful wellbeing can be found in the simple rituals we return to each day.
Guests departed Fiji feeling restored, reconnected, and inspired to carry those rituals into life back home.
