Dreamy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • 3 tbs date syrup or honey

  • 1 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 3 tsp The Evening Elixir

  • Sea salt and olive oil to top

Method:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.

  2. Add coconut yoghurt, date syrup or honey, and The Evening Elixir to the melted chocolate, whisking until smooth and well combined.

  3. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until set.

  4. To serve, drizzle with olive oil and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt for a touch of indulgence.
