My stomach reacts poorly to many of these types of things so I was annoyed with myself for trying something new again — but when I tried the sample of this that came with another order and I tolerated it, I wanted to try the whole thing.
So far so good! It’s delicious, first of all. Not too sweet and I even blend with just water sometimes. Often I use almond milk. Either way, it feels good, tastes good and I’m not sure I’ve been doing it long enough to see results but I’m pleased enough to order my second round and see!

The best protein powder I have ever tried (and I tried lots of them). I have been using it since years now and I will keep doing so. The skin glows and the hair shines. No more bloating especially if you are approaching menopause. Highly recommended.
