What if menopause isn't the end of your story, instead the beginning of your most powerful chapter yet?Β
For WelleCo founder Elle Macpherson, this has been her lived experience, her truth for over a decade. We stand for a Welle World that values this wisdom. Where we reconnect with the humour, care, and goodwill between women who understand that this is an opportunity to enrich our lives, stay curious, and trust the intelligence of the female form. These significant changes are invitations for deeper self-discovery and renewed purpose.
A remembering of when our ancestors were revered for reaching such heights, when ageing meant growing wiser, calmer, stronger.Β What if we reclaimed our power?Β This is our renaissance.Β In Elleβs own words, "It's truly just the beginning.β
What if the best is yet to come? -
When we honour our body's intelligence instead of fighting it, we don't just survive this transition, we absolutely thrive through it. I prefer to see menopause as a rebirth β something to welcome and honor instead of seeing it as an ending to be feared or avoided. Menopause isnΚΌt simply a list of symptoms, rather, it is a series of natural signals of wisdom emerging, self-care deepening, and purpose renewing.
βItΚΌs the bodyΚΌs way of starting a fresh conversation" β
ItΚΌs the bodyΚΌs way of starting a fresh conversation β nudging us to pay attention, slow down when we need it, to guide us to the world around us, and maybe shake up our routines. These changes arenΚΌt setbacks, theyβre signposts pointing us toward our true purpose and service, new habits, fresh priorities, and a chance to feel even more at home in ourselves. βSignals, Not Symptomsβ is a call to recognise and value the wisdom we have accumulated through life; to stay curious: to share a laugh about hot flashes, and to celebrate the wisdom, humour, and rebirth that come with this new phase of a life well lived. Listen in, lighten up, and honour what your bodyΚΌs tells you. And share what your heart is telling you.β I think it's all a question of attitude. If you approach menopause with fear, thinking, 'My body is changing, I'm losing control, my beauty is fading, my vitality is diminishing, my libido is disappearing, I'll never be the same again...', that fear can be very harmful in itself, far beyond the physical symptoms. When I changed my mindset and understood that I was entering a new, beautiful and enriching phase of life, my relationship with menopause changed. By learning to know yourself better, you begin to enjoy life more, to allow yourself more fulfillment. It's one of the greatest benefits of becoming a mature, wise woman.
