Welle Intentioned: Day 3

 

Whatever your fitness level, try to move every day for 5 minutes at 10am and 2pm. You might walk around the block or use the time to consciously stretch. If you're at home dance! Joyful movement does wonders. It's a way to reconnect with yourself, stimulate blood flow and clear the head. Movement also gives you enhanced productivity. It's all excellent stuff!
