Supercharged Mixed Berry almond bliss balls

A Super sweet recipe created by @clarestevenson_ featuring our delicious Mixed Berry Super Elixir™

Packed with almonds, dates and a boost from WelleCo’s Super Elixir in Mixed Berry, these are your go-to snack for a hit of nutrients and energy.

 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup almonds

  2. 1/2 cup dates (pitted)

  3. 1/2 cup shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)

  4. 1 scoop protein powder (your choice)

  5. 2 tbsp WelleCo The Super Elixir

  6. 1 tbsp almond butter

  7. 1 tbsp chia seeds

  8. Pinch of salt

 

Method:

  1. Add almonds, dates, shredded coconut, protein powder, WelleCo The Super Elixir, almond butter, chia seeds, and salt to a food processor.

  2. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky. If needed, add some coconut oil to help the mixture bind.

  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands.

  4. Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a coating.

  5. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.

  6. Enjoy these nutritious bliss balls as a quick snack or post-workout treat!
