Long weekend baking calls for some giant single serve cookies! This white chocolate and raspberry combo never fails πͺ a perfect after dinner treat!

MAKE WELLE:β
2 tbsp almond mealβ
1 tbsp WelleCo Nourishing Protein Vanillaβ
Pinch vanillaβ
1 tbsp maple syrup or honeyβ
1 tbsp cashew butterβ
Handful of frozen raspberriesβ
Handful of white chocolate of choiceβ
Sprinkle of salt to top at the endβ

Method:β
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degreesβ
2. Mix all ingredients together besides berries and white chocolate, to form a dough.β
3. Then mix in your raspberries and white chocolateβ
4. Roll into a ball and slightly flatten down on a lined baking trayβ
5. Sprinkle with sea salt π€πΌβ
6. Bake for 12-15 mins or until slightly goldenβ
7. Remove and allow to cool completely before devouring!!β
