Long weekend baking calls for some giant single serve cookies! This white chocolate and raspberry combo never fails 🍪 a perfect after dinner treat!
WelleCommunity member @bitesbybec_ using the Nourishing Protein in Vanilla for some weekend baking.
MAKE WELLE:
2 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp WelleCo Nourishing Protein Vanilla
Pinch vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp cashew butter
Handful of frozen raspberries
Handful of white chocolate of choice
Sprinkle of salt to top at the end
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients together besides berries and white chocolate, to form a dough.
3. Then mix in your raspberries and white chocolate
4. Roll into a ball and slightly flatten down on a lined baking tray
5. Sprinkle with sea salt 🤌🏼
6. Bake for 12-15 mins or until slightly golden
7. Remove and allow to cool completely before devouring!!
