Single Serve Raspberry White Choc Cookie


Long weekend baking calls for some giant single serve cookies! This white chocolate and raspberry combo never fails 🍪 a perfect after dinner treat!

WelleCommunity member @bitesbybec_ using the Nourishing Protein in Vanilla for some weekend baking. ⁠

MAKE WELLE:⁠
2 tbsp almond meal⁠
1 tbsp WelleCo Nourishing Protein Vanilla⁠
Pinch vanilla⁠
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey⁠
1 tbsp cashew butter⁠
Handful of frozen raspberries⁠
Handful of white chocolate of choice⁠
Sprinkle of salt to top at the end⁠

Method:⁠
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees⁠
2. Mix all ingredients together besides berries and white chocolate, to form a dough.⁠
3. Then mix in your raspberries and white chocolate⁠
4. Roll into a ball and slightly flatten down on a lined baking tray⁠
5. Sprinkle with sea salt 🤌🏼⁠
6. Bake for 12-15 mins or until slightly golden⁠
7. Remove and allow to cool completely before devouring!!⁠
