Raspberry and Ginger Protein Smoothie

Created by Karen Koramshai, this powerhouse breakfast smoothie is packed with protein, raspberries and flax seeds to help kick start your day.

I N G R E D I E N T S

150g frozen raspberries

1small piece of fresh ginger about 2cm long, peeled and chopped

400ml plant based milk of your choice

2 scoops WelleCo The Super Elixir™ Greens in Blood Orange

1 scoop of WelleCo Nourishing Protein Vanilla

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

M E T H O D

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
