
WelleCommunity member @sez_pilates uses The Chocolate Nourishing Protein for her take on the Boatshed Peanut Butter Slice.
- 1/2 cup crunchy PB
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup golden syrup (or honey/rice malt—tbh I added a lil’ extra honey)
Mix until smooth and creamy, then spread over the base. Back in the freezer it goes for 15–20 mins to firm up.
Topping:
- Handful of choc chips (melted)
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Crushed almonds (for that crunch)
Melt choc, stir in coconut oil + cacao, then pour over the set filling. Sprinkle with crushed almonds for the final touch. Freeze for 1–2 hours ‘til fully set.
Slice it. Taste it. Hide it from everyone else.
