No-Bake Brownies

Looking for a simple, raw brownie recipe? These Chocolate Evening Elixir brownies are a delicious treat with added wellness benefits!⁠

Ingredients:
1 cup nuts⁠
3 tbsp cocoa⁠
3 tbs The Evening Elixir⁠
1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
pinch salt⁠
1 cup soft dates⁠
almonds & salt for topping⁠

Choc Ganache⁠
2 tbsp raw cocoa⁠
2 tbsp coconut oil melted⁠
1 tbsp maple (for sweeter add more)⁠

Method:⁠
1. Blend together nuts, chia seeds, salt, cocoa and Evening Elixir⁠
2. Add dates and blend until formed together in rough dough - if too dry add more dates or dash of water⁠
3. Place in tray and spread evenly, put in freezer⁠
4. Mix together cocoa, coconut oil and maple until ganache is formed⁠
5. Add on top of base and add almonds and salt to top - add in fridge to set!⁠
