@adashofwyn's new alternative to a 3pm coffee pick me up without the caffeine.
Method:
1. Blend base ingredients in a food processor until they hold together when pressed between your fingers
2. Add the base mixture to a 30x20cm lined baking tray and press down with the back of a spoon
3. Refrigerate until set for at least 1 hour
4. Blend peppermint filling ingredients excluding the greens powder (and food colour if using) until smooth, stir through greens powder and colour
Pour the peppermint filling over the base and return to the fridge for an hour
5. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a bain marie and melt
6. Pour the chocolate over the top of the peppermint layer and refrigerate until set
7. Slice and enjoy!
