Matcha Chia Pudding

If you’re looking for a 5 minute breakfast that is great for people on the go then this is for you!

WelleCommunity member @thefitfeast created a perfect preppable breakfast that not only tastes delicious, but is packed with lots of plant goodness including healthy fats, protein and fibre to keep your blood sugar stable and leave you feeling satisfied and energised throughout the day.

 

Ingredients:
- 2 heaped tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
- 1 tsp @welleco unflavoured greens elixir
- 1 tsp matcha powder

Method:
1. Add the chia seeds and almond milk into a jar or container and mix well. Add yoghurt and honey, then mix again to avoid any clumps.
2. Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
3. In the morning, mix through your greens powder and matcha.
4. Pour into a bowl and top with any toppings of your choice!
