Overnight oats is my absolute favorite breakfast staple, so easy to prep on the weekend and my brekky is ready to eat during the week!
WelleCommunity member @ bitesbybec_, who loves experimenting with flavours, creates Lamington Overnight Oats that are easy to prep on the weekend and brekky is ready to eat during the week!
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 Tbsp coconut
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp Chocolate Nourishing Protein
1/2 cup almond milk
Topping
Lamington coconut yoghurt
Sprinkle of shredded coconut
Sprinkle of raw cacao
Blueberries and Strawberries
1. Add all ingredients to a container and mix well.
2. Set in fridge overnight or for a least 2 hours
3. Spread a generous amount of Lamington coconut yoghurt in the top
4. Optional to add a sprinkle of shredded coconut and raw cacao, I also top mine with fresh blueberries or strawberrries ❣️
