
A green smoothie that drinks like a treat. It is creamy and full bodied from pistachio butter and hemp, bright and tart from fresh kiwi, and an electric green from a teaspoon of The Super Elixir™.INGREDIENTS
- 3 frozen spinach cubes
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp pistachio butter
- 1 tsp Unflavoured Super Elixir™
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley.
For extra crunch: 2 brazil nuts and 1 Medjool date.
METHOD1. Load the blender with the spinach, banana, almond milk, kiwi, pistachio butter, The Super Elixir ™, hemp seeds and parsley.2. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until the colour turns a smooth, vivid green and the texture runs thick and creamy.3. Add the crunch if you like it: drop in the brazil nuts and Medjool date and pulse for just a few seconds, so they break into little nubs rather than disappearing.4. Pour and finish with an extra pinch of hemp seeds across the top. Sip straight away while it is cold and bright, before the colour dulls.
