Thanks to its high protein and fibre content, it will provide you with long-lasting energy and muscle support. It's best to enjoy as a nutritious alternative for a quick meal or as a dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings while providing essential nutrients.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 scoop Welleco Nourishing Protein
1 cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, soy)
Berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
METHOD:
Mix chia seeds, Nourishing Protein and plant-based milk in a bowl.
Stir well to evenly soak all the seeds.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to create the pudding.
Before serving, stir the pudding and add fresh berries to your liking.
