FOR THE CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
2 heaped scoop NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Chocolate
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon maple syrup
FOR THE MATCHA YOGHURT
2 teaspoon green matcha powder
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
berries for serving
In a bowl, combine the protein, coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup. Allow to sit, covered in the refrigerator until the seeds have absorbed most of the liquid.
In a medium bowl, mix together the matcha, yoghurt and maple, set aside.
Spoon pudding into four glasses and top with yoghurt and fresh raspberries.
