Chocolate Chia Pudding

A thick and creamy breakfast that’s loaded with protein and healthy fats to leave you feeling satiated and energised throughout the day. It’s also perfect for meal prep, has just the right amount of sweetness and is the perfect texture!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 serving WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Chocolate


Top with

  • 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • Cinnamon


Method

  1. Add all ingredients except the yoghurt into a container and mix well. 
  2. Mix again after 10 mins to avoid any clumps. 
  3. Leave in the fridge overnight to set. 
  4. Before serving, mix in the yoghurt.
  5. Add your toppings and devour!
