Vanilla Protein Foam Topping

A light and creamy topping designed to add a smooth boost of protein to your hot or iced coffees or chocolates. Turning everyday drinks into nourishing beverages without overpowering.

Method:

  1. For hot foam: heat milk until steamy, not boiling.

  2. Froth milk for 20-30 seconds until thick and airy, using a hand held frother. Alternatively, shake in a jar for 2 minutes. 

  3. Add protein, sweetener, and sea salt and froth for another 30 seconds. 

  4. Spoon onto your coffee or hot chocolate (iced or hot)
