Ingredients:

½ cup milk of choice (full cream works best)

½ tsp maple syrup

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt
Method:

For hot foam: heat milk until steamy, not boiling.

Froth milk for 20-30 seconds until thick and airy, using a hand held frother. Alternatively, shake in a jar for 2 minutes.

Add protein, sweetener, and sea salt and froth for another 30 seconds.

Spoon onto your coffee or hot chocolate (iced or hot)
