Ingredients

1 cup desiccated coconut

2 scoops WelleCo Nourishing Protein (Vanilla)

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

2–3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch salt

100 g dark chocolate
Method

Combine coconut, protein powder, and salt.

Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Mix to sticky texture.

Press into tray or shape bars.

Freeze 20–30 min.
