Method

  1. Combine coconut, protein powder, and salt.

  2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  3. Mix to sticky texture.

  4. Press into tray or shape bars.

  5. Freeze 20–30 min.

  6. Coat in melted dark chocolate.
