Vanilla Dream Protein Mousse

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 silken tofu or 1 cup plain coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

  • 2 serves Vanilla Nourishing Protein

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup (for extra sweetness)

  • Toppings: fresh berries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut or granola


Method:

  1. Add tofu/yogurt, milk, WelleCo protein, vanilla and maple syrup (if using) into a high-speed blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until ultra-smooth and creamy.

  3. Spoon into ramekins or jars and chill for at least 30 minutes to set.

  4. Top with your favourite crunchy or fruity toppings to serve.
