Ingredients:

1 medium cooked beetroot (peeled)

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small garlic clove

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Pinch of cumin

Salt to taste

Splash of water for consistency
Method:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl with a stick blender.
