
Your new favourite summer freezer candy. They deliver a little protein boost with every bite, making them the perfect energising treat for hot days, post-workout refuels, or when you’re craving lollies but want something lighter.
Ingredients

2 cups seedless grapes (green or red)

Juice of ½ lemon (or lime for extra sour)

1 scoop WelleCo HydroProtein

Pinch of citric acid or sea salt
Method

Wash grapes and pat mostly dry.

Toss grapes with lemon juice until just coated.

Sprinkle over HydroProtein and toss until evenly dusted.

Freeze flat on a tray for 2–3 hours (or overnight).

Eat straight from the freezer.
