
A healthier twist on a classic favourite, these no-bake Protein Cherry Ripes are rich, chewy, and coated in dark chocolate. Made with real fruit, natural sweetness, and a boost of protein, they’re the perfect indulgent snack or dessert that still supports your nutrition goals.
Serves 8-10.
Ingredients

¾ cup desiccated coconut

½ cup cherries

¼ cup medjool dates

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Pinch of sea salt

200g melted dark chocolate
Method

Blitz cherries, dates, Hydroprotein, coconut oil and maple syrup and blend until mostly smooth.

Add coconut and stir until the mixture is thick and sticky.

Press into a loaf tin.

Freeze for 30-40 minutes to harden.

Melt dark chocolate.

Slice frozen bars and dip into chocolate to be completely covered.

Set and refrigerate.
