
A vibrant, layered parfait featuring creamy chia pudding infused with HydroProtein, a zesty cheesecake-style yoghurt layer, and fresh passionfruit. It’s a refreshing, protein-packed option for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup coconut milk (for creaminess)

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

1 tbsp maple syrup

Zest of ½ lime

½ cup fresh fruit (fresh or frozen, blended or diced)

1–2 passionfruit (pulp)

1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

1 tbsp crushed macadamias or granola
Method

Make chia base. Whisk HydroProtein into coconut milk first.

Stir in chia + vanilla.

Refrigerate overnight (or ≥4 hrs).

Prepare cheesecake layer. Mix yoghurt, maple syrup, and lime zest until smooth.
