Passionfruit Hydroprotein Chia Pudding

A vibrant, layered parfait featuring creamy chia pudding infused with HydroProtein, a zesty cheesecake-style yoghurt layer, and fresh passionfruit. It’s a refreshing, protein-packed option for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Zest of ½ lime

  • ½ cup fresh fruit (fresh or frozen, blended or diced)

  • 1–2 passionfruit (pulp)

  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp crushed macadamias or granola

Method

  1. Make chia base. Whisk HydroProtein into coconut milk first. 

  2. Stir in chia + vanilla.

  3. Refrigerate overnight (or ≥4 hrs).

  4. Prepare cheesecake layer. Mix yoghurt, maple syrup, and lime zest until smooth.

  5. Assemble parfait Layer: chia, fruit of choice, cheesecake, passionfruit. 

  6. Top coconut flakes + macadamias for texture contrast.
