
Mixed Berry Chia Jam is a fresh, lightly tangy and nutrient dense topping for your morning breakfasts that supports gut health. Perfect on toast, swirled through yogurt or spooned straight from the jar.
Ingredients:

2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
Method:

In a small saucepan, add berries and sweetener. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until berries soften and release juices.

Mash berries for desired texture.

Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until thickened.
