Mixed Berry Chia Jam

Mixed Berry Chia Jam is a fresh, lightly tangy and nutrient dense topping for your morning breakfasts that supports gut health. Perfect on toast, swirled through yogurt or spooned straight from the jar.

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, add berries and sweetener. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until berries soften and release juices.

  2. Mash berries for desired texture.

  3. Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until thickened.

  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then stir in WelleCo Super Elixir (add after cooking to preserve nutrients).

  5. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
