Ingredients

3 cups water or low-sodium stock

1 tbsp miso paste

1 tsp grated ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp WelleCo Super Elixir (ginger and lemon flavour works best, stirred in at end)

Optional: tofu, spinach, mushrooms
Method

Heat stock, add ginger + garlic → simmer 3–5 min.

Reduce heat, whisk in miso (do not boil).

Stir in lemon juice.

Add Super Elixir at the end (off heat).
Add extras and serve.
