Miso Ginger and Lemon Broth

Light yet nourishing, this simple recipe is perfect for digestion support or a comforting, nutrient-rich sip any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water or low-sodium stock

  • 1 tbsp miso paste

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp WelleCo Super Elixir (ginger and lemon flavour works best, stirred in at end)

  • Optional: tofu, spinach, mushrooms

Method

  1. Heat stock, add ginger + garlic → simmer 3–5 min.

  2. Reduce heat, whisk in miso (do not boil).

  3. Stir in lemon juice.

  4. Add Super Elixir at the end (off heat).

Add extras and serve.
