Matcha Greens Chia Pudding

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1.5 cups almond or oat milk

  • 2 serves The Super Elixir™ (Unflavoured)

  • 2 serves The Collagen Elixir
  • 2 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • Optional: coconut yogurt + fresh kiwi, mango or berries to serve

Method:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together milk, WelleCo Greens, matcha, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and well combined.

  2. Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. To serve, layer with coconut yogurt and top with fresh tropical fruit for a beautifully balanced bowl.
