Ingredients (Serves 2):

1.5 cups almond or oat milk

2 serves The Super Elixir™ (Unflavoured)
- 2 serves The Collagen Elixir

2 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade)

1–2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds

Optional: coconut yogurt + fresh kiwi, mango or berries to serve
Method:

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together milk, WelleCo Greens, matcha, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and well combined.

Stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, layer with coconut yogurt and top with fresh tropical fruit for a beautifully balanced bowl.
