½ cup chopped fresh fruit (e.g., kiwi, strawberries, mango)

Optional: mint leaves or lime zest for extra zing
Instructions:

Blend coconut water and HydroProtein until smooth.

Stir in chopped fruit and mint.

Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for 4+ hours.
