Collagen Crunch Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup mixed nuts (we like to use almonds, cashews and walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds (for example pumpkin and sunflower)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp WelleCo Collagen Elixir
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until sticky.
  2. Pour into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly.
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins on 180*C or until golden.
