Healthy Breakfast Granola

Crunchy, lightly sweetened granola loaded with nuts, seeds, and collagen for extra goodness. Delicious on top of yoghurt, smoothie bowls, or just eating straight out of the jar!


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oats 
  • 3/4 cup mixed nuts (I use almonds, cashews + walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds (I use pumpkin + sunflower)
  • 2 tbsp collagen elixir
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • Cinnamon


Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Add 1 tbsp water if not sticky enough.

2. Pour into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.

3. Bake for 20-25 mins on 180*C or until golden.

4. Allow to cool before breaking up into chunks. 


Store in an airtight jar in the pantry.
