
This tea is a warming blend of ginger, turmeric, lemon and a touch of spice designed to support digestion and calm inflammation. It is the perfect daily ritual morning or evening, hot or cold.
Ingredients:

1 cup hot boiling water

½-1 tsp fresh grated ginger

½ tsp turmeric powder

Pinch black pepper (for turmeric absorption)

½ lemon juice

1 tsp honey

Mint (for iced version)
Method:

Add ginger, turmeric, and black pepper to hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes.

Let cool slightly, then stir in The Super Elixir™ until dissolved.

Add lemon juice and honey.

For the iced version, cool completely in the fridge and pour over iced with mint to garnish.
