Ingredients (makes 6 squares):

1/2 cup almond butter or tahini

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 scoop The Evening Elixir

1 tbsp cacao powder

Pinch of salt

Optional: cacao nibs or chopped walnuts for topping
Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Press into a small lined loaf tin or cupcake tin.

Sprinkle with toppings if using.

Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.

Slice into squares and store in the fridge or freezer.
