Evening Elixir Fudge Squares

Ingredients (makes 6 squares):

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or tahini

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 scoop The Evening Elixir

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: cacao nibs or chopped walnuts for topping


Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Press into a small lined loaf tin or cupcake tin. 

  3. Sprinkle with toppings if using.

  4. Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.

  5. Slice into squares and store in the fridge or freezer.

  6. Best enjoyed with a warm mug of The Evening Elixir for the ultimate night-time ritual.
