Creamy Cottage Cheese Protein Dip

It’s quick to whip up, naturally high in protein, and keeps you fuller for longer,  making it ideal for grazing platters, lunchboxes, or a post-workout snack. Simple ingredients, big flavour, and nourishing fuel in every bite.

Serves: 2–4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for creaminess)

  • 1 scoop WelleCo HydroProtein Elixir (pomegranate) 

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 small garlic clove (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill or basil)

  • Salt & cracked pepper, to taste

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika or chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • 1–2 tbsp Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or food processor (depending on desired consistency)

  2. Mix and blend until completely smooth and whipped (1–2 minutes).

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning or acidity as needed.

  4. Add a serve of the Super Elixir if you are after additional nutrients. 

Chill for 15–20 minutes to let flavours develop.
