Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat for creaminess)

1 scoop WelleCo HydroProtein Elixir (pomegranate)

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1 small garlic clove (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

2 tbsp fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill or basil)

Salt & cracked pepper, to taste

½ tsp smoked paprika or chilli flakes

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Zest of ½ lemon

1–2 tbsp Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess
Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl or food processor (depending on desired consistency)

Mix and blend until completely smooth and whipped (1–2 minutes).

Taste and adjust seasoning or acidity as needed.
