Cranberry Coconut Bliss Balls

 

Ingredients (makes 10 small or 8 bigs):

  • 1 cup rolled oats or almond meal

  • ½ cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1–2 scoops The Super Elixir™ 

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or tahini

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg 

  • Optional: melted dark chocolate and coconut oil to drizzle 

 

Instructions:

  1. Blitz oats, cranberries, coconut, and chia seeds in a food processor until crumbly.

  2. Add Super Elixir™, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest.

  3. Blend until mixture sticks together.

  4. Roll into balls and coat in melted dark chocolate.

  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
