
Ingredients (makes 10 small or 8 bigs):

1 cup rolled oats or almond meal

½ cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)

½ cup desiccated coconut

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1–2 scoops The Super Elixir™

2 tbsp almond butter or tahini
-
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch of cinnamon
-
Pinch of nutmeg

Optional: melted dark chocolate and coconut oil to drizzle
Instructions:

Blitz oats, cranberries, coconut, and chia seeds in a food processor until crumbly.

Add Super Elixir™, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange zest.

Blend until mixture sticks together.

Roll into balls and coat in melted dark chocolate.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
