Collagen Panna Cotta

Silky smooth and delicately creamy, this collagen panna cotta is an elegant dessert. Subtle vanilla flavours pair perfectly with warm berries and dark chocolate for a cosy finish. It’s an easy make-ahead treat that feels indulgent while supporting your wellness routine.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 cups thickened cream

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2–3 tsp The Collagen Elixir

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

  • 2 tsp gelatin powder

  • 2 tbsp cold water

Method

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. In a saucepan, gently heat cream, milk, The Collagen Elixir, maple syrup, and vanilla. Do not boil — just warm enough to steam lightly.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

  4. Divide into ramekins or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until softly set.

  5. Top with warm berries, pistachios, or a little biscuit crumble for a cosy dessert feel.
