Collagen Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients (make 8):

Base:

  • ½ cup cashews

  • ½ cup Medjool dates

  • Pinch of salt


Filling:

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt 

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • 1 scoop The Collagen Elixir

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Zest of 1 lemon 


Instructions:

  1. Blend base ingredients and press into mini silicone moulds or cupcake liners.

  2. Mix filling ingredients until smooth and spoon over the base.

  3. Freeze for 2–3 hours until set.

  4. Serve chilled, optional toppings.
