Classic-Style Tiramisu with Collagen Cream

A timeless dessert with a nourishing twist. Perfect for entertaining or a make-ahead treat, this indulgent yet elevated dessert delivers rich flavour, beautiful texture, and a little extra goodness in each spoonful.

Serves 4–6

Ingredients

  • Cream layer

  • 250 g mascarpone

  • ¾ cup thickened cream

  • 1 scoop WelleCo Collagen Elixir 

  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or caster sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups strong brewed coffee, cooled

  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

  • Savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits

  • Cocoa powder, to dust

Method

  1. Whip cream with maple syrup + vanilla protein until soft peaks. Fold through mascarpone and Collagen Elixir until smooth.

  2. Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee (don’t soak).

  3. Biscuit layer → cream → repeat.

  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight = best).

  5. Dust generously with cocoa.
