250 g mascarpone

¾ cup thickened cream

1 scoop WelleCo Collagen Elixir

2–3 tbsp maple syrup or caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups strong brewed coffee, cooled

1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

Savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits

Cocoa powder, to dust
Method

Whip cream with maple syrup + vanilla protein until soft peaks. Fold through mascarpone and Collagen Elixir until smooth.

Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee (don’t soak).

Biscuit layer → cream → repeat.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight = best).
