
These no-bake chocolate cups are the ultimate healthy indulgence – made with nourishing protein, crunchy peanuts and a rich dark chocolate topping. A freezer-friendly treat that’s perfect when you're after something sweet but satisfying.
Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Top:
- 1 block dark chocolate, melted
- Handful of peanuts
- Pinch of salt
Method
1. Add all base ingredients into a bowl and mix until sticky and well combined. Pour into silicone muffin moulds and press down. Set aside.
2. Add your melted dark chocolate on top of your base.
3. Top with some peanuts and salt.
4. Allow to set in the freezer for 2 hours.
