Choc Peanut Butter Protein Baked Oats

These rich and comforting baked oats taste like dessert while delivering a nourishing protein-packed breakfast or snack. Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana combine into a soft cake-like texture with gooey pockets of melted chocolate throughout.

Ingredients (1–2 serves)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 scoop WelleCo chocolate protein

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp cacao powder (optional for extra richness)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch sea salt

  • Optional: dark chocolate chips

Toppings

  • Extra peanut butter

  • Greek yoghurt

  • Sliced banana

  • Crushed peanuts

  • Melted dark chocolate drizzle

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Blend banana, egg, milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.

  3. Stir through oats, chocolate protein, baking powder, cacao, and salt.

  4. Pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

  5. Swirl extra peanut butter through the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and just set in the centre.

  7. Serve warm with yoghurt and extra peanut butter.
