
These rich and comforting baked oats taste like dessert while delivering a nourishing protein-packed breakfast or snack. Chocolate, peanut butter, and banana combine into a soft cake-like texture with gooey pockets of melted chocolate throughout.
Ingredients (1–2 serves)

½ cup rolled oats

1 scoop WelleCo chocolate protein

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 ripe banana

1 egg

½ cup milk of choice

1 tsp cacao powder (optional for extra richness)

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips
Toppings

Extra peanut butter

Greek yoghurt

Sliced banana

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Blend banana, egg, milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.

Stir through oats, chocolate protein, baking powder, cacao, and salt.

Pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

Swirl extra peanut butter through the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until puffed and just set in the centre.
