Collagen Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 scoop The Collagen Elixir
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark choc chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. Mix almond meal, oats, coconut sugar, collagen, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Add egg, coconut oil, and vanilla, then stir until combined.
  4. Fold in choc chips, roll into balls, and flatten slightly on the tray.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Cool before serving.
