Ingredients (makes 4 mini pops):

1 banana (ripe)

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup plain Greek or coconut yogurt

1 scoop Nourishing Protein in Chocolate

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp chia seeds
Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Pour into silicone popsicle moulds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

To serve, run moulds under warm water to release.

Optional: dip the tip in melted dark chocolate and crushed almonds for a crunchy shell.
