Choc-Banana Smoothie Pops

Ingredients (makes 4 mini pops):

  • 1 banana (ripe)

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek or coconut yogurt

  • 1 scoop Nourishing Protein in Chocolate

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour into silicone popsicle moulds.

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. To serve, run moulds under warm water to release.

  5. Optional: dip the tip in melted dark chocolate and crushed almonds for a crunchy shell.
