
This colourful frozen bark is fun to make, high in protein, electrolytes and packed with antioxidants and fibre from berries. A refreshing snack or a pre/post workout energy boost.
Ingredients:
· 1 cup plain Greek or coconut yogurt
· 1 scoop HydroProtein Elixir in Blackcurrant & Pomegranate
· 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
· 1/4 cup sliced mixed berries of your choice
· 1 tbsp chia seeds
· 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds
· Optional: desiccated coconut, or crushed freeze-dried raspberries
Method:
- Mix yogurt, HydroProtein Elixir, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Spread onto a lined tray or baking sheet in a thin, even layer.
- Sprinkle with toppings.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.
- Break into shards and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
